Can't login under longtime username

Can't login under longtime username
I've actually been a member of this forum since 2001. I cannot get my original username and password to work. Under "forgot password" the system does not recognize any email address I've ever had. So, I just had to re-register with a different username, but I really want to keep my old username and status. Below is my original username and info. I posted with this original username as recently as Dec 2014. Any ideas?
