I recently re-upped my membership and went to Lifetime Gold. But my profile still lists me as Gold Member. How do I go about getting that corrected? Thanks.

This is because you still have some remaining subscription to the Supporting Gold Membership. You do also have the Lifetime Gold as you indicated but only one can be displayed at a time. I have updated your account to show the Lifetime Gold.
