How do I post pictures in a PM?

The pictures must be already hosted somewhere before you can post them inside a PM.
CorvetteForum, and any other vBulletin-based forum, has never had the ability to directly upload pictures inside PMs without hot-linking while using the stock software.
There are several ways to hot-link. You can upload them to your album/gallery, upload them in another post or upload them to a popular hosting site (like Photobucket, etc.).
