Click on the little red triangle under your User ID in your post that created the thread. After you enter what you want done in the text box, hit the send button. That will send that message and a link to your thread to the moderators for that section of the forum.
As JT said, one of them will edit your title.

There are two thread titles. One in the forum index and one in the thread itself. The latter can be changed at any time through actions you state but the former cannot be changed after X amount of time has passed since thread creation. It's the former that people usually request to have changed, since it's the one that displays in the index and cannot be changed by members after X amount of time has passed.
