Can someone please delete this account ?
I'm signed up twice on this account I edit my Facebook but didn't log in at the same time. can someone delete this account so I can start over again?

You can only have one account per email address and per member. So you're not signed up twice under the same account as it's technically not possible.
Exactly what are you trying to do? This isn't a handwritten note, so starting over isn't exactly necessary in the digital world.
