Why is my PC faster on the "forums" in "Safe Mode"?
So i shut down my laptop and crashed my windows updates trying to run while getting out the door this morning. Had to restart in "Safe Mode" just to bet back on the forum while at brunch. Funny but it loads pages much faster in "Safe Mode". And my "Adblocker" shows much less pop-up ad hits.
Do i need to surf the forum in Safe Mode all the time??? I'll ask here as there are plenty of awesome computer experts on-board here.
BTW this is WIN 7 on a 32X laptop.

Ya know i doubled my RAM recently as i could see it was maxing out and writing onto the hard drive - very slow. But are all the "things" in the "background" on my computer on on the web page?
