Admin's how about this?
Wondering if a CF postal /shipping /inspection wanted topic would go over well?
Occasionally members here need to move oversize items from one town to the next,and few folks travel around the country or have cars moved from city to city. Then there are those that while looking for a car need a inspection of a car for sale.
Would a topic header in the general area be well received?
Members could ask for help in one of these areas and another member could offer services.
CF would take no responsibility in any transaction.Negotiations, Disputes arbitration ,would be between the parties themselves.
CF would only be there to help members ask for the service.
What do you think?

Would it be helpful if it was a sticky in each of the generations Cars For Sale or Parts For Sale sections? I have seen some threads where a member will recommend (or not recommend 
) shippers for both cars and parts.
If it was a sub-forum by itself, some people might overlook it. How about trying it out in one of the more popular sub-forums? Maybe C4, C5 or C6??
