Auto renewal of membership-dbl charged?
I see I got charged $25 twice. Since I don't frequent much anymore, just a single charge is acceptable. How do I get the addition $25 refunded?

Double-billing usually occurs when a member manually pays for their subscription renewal after receiving an email reminder. However, that email reminder notes that if you use the auto-renew feature, which is default I believe, that the process will be automatic.

If I recall when submitting your information to get taken care of, your account shown using PayPal. The renewal process is handled in your PayPal account. So if you don't want auto renewal, go to your PayPal account and under Subscriptions you should be able to remove the reoccurring payment option.
