Auto renewal of membership-dbl charged?

Default Auto renewal of membership-dbl charged?

I see I got charged $25 twice. Since I don't frequent much anymore, just a single charge is acceptable. How do I get the addition $25 refunded?

Default Double Billed too.

I have been double billed as well. Once on 3/22 and again on 3/23 both via PayPal. I have sent an email to Forum Support as well.

I have forwarded your request to the proper department.

Double-billing usually occurs when a member manually pays for their subscription renewal after receiving an email reminder. However, that email reminder notes that if you use the auto-renew feature, which is default I believe, that the process will be automatic.

JT, I have been supporting for years. This is the first auto renewal I have experienced. And I DON"T like it much.

If I recall when submitting your information to get taken care of, your account shown using PayPal. The renewal process is handled in your PayPal account. So if you don't want auto renewal, go to your PayPal account and under Subscriptions you should be able to remove the reoccurring payment option.
