You're using a 3rd party add-on service. Did you check to see what the exact error is and check with the 3rd party? BTW, here's noscript reporting the same message on eBay:

The only time I see this is when an Ad changes

Ads do change. That is normal.

We can't diagnose a 3rd party tool and such a blanket error message shown. Like I shown, the very same blanket error message can appear on eBay.
