Default "Length of Membership" badges

At what point do the 10 year member and 15 year member logos in the avatar update? I've noticed lately, several 10 year members that don't have their "badges", and in my case, my 15 year badge hasn't yet appeared.....

usually they appear automatically on your anniversary date which for you should have been 05-17-2016...I will see if I can adjust it or get it done

There are a few things in the process. First, of course, the Member Since/Registered date on the account must have reached 10 or 15 years. Second, the account must be active around the anniversary date. Third, there must be a programmed action. Fourth, the script must run the programmed action.

The third item (programmed action) is why some accounts haven't been automatically updated. Your own account being one example. To save details, the programmed action was temporarily disabled to address an issue that has since been resolved.

Savewave manually updated your account. I enabled the programmed action so that it should resume automatically as it previously had worked.

Because the script runs on a set schedule, some accounts will not be instantly changed but they will get automatically updated, in batches, as long as they meet the requirements and the accounts are active.

I have seen a user who joined this month with both a 10 and 15 year badge showing up.

Yes, that was an issue from a previous month. A few accounts may still be that way unless manually fixed - such as I did in this case.
