Default editing posts

I would like to delete posts that I made years ago to reflect current information. I see in the FAQs to click the "edit" button, but I can't find that button. Please help.

You have to be logged into the account that created the post in order to edit it. This thread is the only post you have. So you apparently have another account.

Also, you can't delete content.

The "FAQ" you refer to is a generic FAQ for the software. It's up to each website as to what options, guidelines, etc., are used.
