upload picture

I have been trying to upload a picture and not having any luck doing it.. I have tried selecting attachments and insert picture and neither one will work ,,any help would be great,, thanks

There's an icon that says 'insert image' -- did you try that?

I go to "go Advanced", "manage attachments", Browse (to find pic), then "upload", then preview and it attaches...
