Default Forum Script Running Issue

This forum is now pretty much unusable to me thanks to this warning-

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

Your script blocker on your browser is the problem. Let it run the script and move on. It's not like the script is going to take over your PC.

I use the NoScript Add-on with Firefox which not only reduces Malware risks but makes many sites load and run much faster. The downside is you will have to provide permission for some scripts to run on some sites for proper site functionality but it doesn't take long to set up and then they are fine for future visits.

I'm suddenly having a problem loading Corvette Forums. It began mid-day today. So I'm with you. Something has changed, would appreciate it if the mods would notify the operator.

I'm running Chrome and no script blockers. I'm not having any issues at all.

Chrome's base security policy blocks some scripts that Google considers to be problematic or a potential security threat so your browser may be blocking the offending script.

The site is FINE!

The script blocker you are running is working FINE too. Just tell the script blocker that script is safe and won't sexually attack your PC and life will go on.

Sorry to disagree, but the site IS NOT working fine. Something did change after lunch hour and now there is a script hang. It will clear after about 10 - 15 seconds.

I believe it's the "ajax.googleapis.com" script the site is running in the background. Whatever it is.

Me too it's a Forum issue. Very slow to load and sometimes just stops loading. No issue with pop up warnings just loading issues.
