How do i stop email from this forum with threads I have responded to from being sent to my email address of record?

First, you want to remove Instant Email Notification in the Default Thread Subscription Mode in the UserCP for future threads you reply to so that, by default, emails aren't sent.

This was a setting you allowed when you registered.

Second, you need to manually remove Instant Email Notification for previous threads you replied to, or subscribed to.

Start selecting them, in mass, and select No Email Notification in the bottom corner of each page.
