We moved in 2013 and had to get a new internet service provider. Our old provider was Charter.

My old user name was JDBob62 but I do not remember the pass word. If I try to request a new PW, the response is apparently being sent to my old Charter email address, which no longer exists.

Can someone go into my username, JDBob62 and change the email address to XXXXXXXXXX? I would like to have access to my old questions?
