Default Archiving PMs?

JT, I just got this message:

Dear Vettebuyer6369,

Your private messages box on CorvetteForum - Chevrolet Corvette Forum Discussion has reached 90% of your allowed quota. To ensure that you do not reach 100% of your allowed messages, you should consider archiving or deleting some of your messages.

---------------

I assumed Id have to delete a bunch when I got close, although I assume as soon as I do that some member is going to bring up something I need from the past...

But what is "archiving?" Not seeing anything on this.

Thanks.

That is a standard message from the software. I don't think "Archive" is an accurate term. You can only Download your PMs and export them to Text, CSV or Excel onto your computer and then Delete them to free up the space.
