Are the "Text Enhancements" not working?
I can no longer highlight text and make it bold or change the color, or change the size!
I have re-booted my computer but the problem persists!

Try clearing your browser's cache. Your browser, along with instructions from CorvetteForum, is what does that work.
If not, go to UserCP, Edit Options and make sure the Editor is not Basic.
