The reason why it's not in your Spam folder is because your email provider, AOL, makes the decision for you as to what emails you should and shouldn't receive by filtering our (and I'm sure others) emails from reaching you.
As you're their customer, you might want to complain to them that you would rather make the decision as to what emails you do and don't receive, rather than allowing AOL to make that decision for you. There's a reason why there's a Spam/Junk folder. We have no control over how, when or if email providers deliver our emails to the end-user.
