Attempted to send this pic via PM and it states...Enter the URL of your image. http://__________________________

I have the specific image info which is... DSC00196.JPG

What would precede and follow the image info?

The PM system has never supported sending a PM with an attachment. The picture must already be online and hot-linked, which is why it asks for the URL beginning with http

DSC00196.JPG is a filename.

The URL of the picture you just posted is:
