how do I make the useless annoying pop up go away?

In order to assist we need some basic information. What "pop-up"?

If regarding the Ask a question box, that appears for those not logged in. The answer is to log in.

someone else just posted something about this in the c6 area... i have never seen a pop up, so i am guessing it is something related to your computer or something
