Hello all!
A quick intro to say hello. I've been a lurker on the site for sometime compiling information toward a purchase of a C6. Very helpful site here.
I purchased an 07 Coupe stick car that required a little bit of attention.
I'm in the process of taking care of those things that have been neglected over the past few years.
So the work begins......
I'll add to the intro later, just finished jogging and I have to get off an earn a living.

Thank you for the welcomes.
A little more on the car.....
The previous owner treated this car as nothing more than transportation. The interior was filthy from day to day use. The rear carpet is trashed and needs to be replaced which is on my list of things to address. The exterior of the car has the usual marks in it from what looks like dry wiping. I have an appointment Wednesday to have the car buffed. There are a few small scratches that I'll have touched up for now and eventually painted. Overall I'm satisfied with the car for what I paid for it, worth a few repairs.
About me briefly......
I'm a 42 year old husband of 15 years and a father of three. I own two business' which combined keeps me busy when the family doesn't. My true passion is motorcycles (own 4) followed by sports (spectator). As my children are getting older I find myself participating in more of their hobbies than my own, no big deal as they will be on their own one day...hopefuly. My wife is pretty tolerant of my motor-head mentality. This car was one of the few decisions car wise where I asked her for her opinion. She owned an MG when we met so the thought of another two seater appealed to her. Her re-learning of driving a stick has been interesting.
Again great forum with a wealth of information and a search function that actually works.
