Life-long goal fulfilled!

I recently purchased a beautiful 1996 Torch Red LT4 convertible with 18K miles. I will only be driving it in good weather, typically on weekends. I was very torn between buying a C4 and a C5, but after several test drives, I really liked the look and feel of the C4.

I'm happy to be a member of the Corvette Forum and I look forward to reading threads from fellow 'Vette owners.

Congrats on your new Corvette. When I got mine('87 vert) I said the same thing. Weekend driver. So I drove it on weekends. Then I drove it on Mondays. And then on Tuesdays. And then on every day! It is just way too much fun not to. I say, drive baby drive and enjoy the ride! Try not to get too many tickets though ;-)
