Hello Everyone. I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 1984 Corvette with manual transmission. It has not run in three years I am told. Al I have done is check the compression, good in all cylinders and put new plugs and oil, the oil was BLACK.
Is there any thing other than a bad fuel pump that would prevent fuel flow. I cranked the car and the got out a throttled the TBIs and no gas. I am thinking bad fuel pump. But any suggestions?
Thank you for the help.

C4 Corvette
If I have no fuel getting to the TBI how do I determine relay or pump? Do I have to drop the tank to change the fuel pump?
