New to forum, not Corvettes!
I live in north florida and drive a torch red 1999 6 speed c5 with a few bolt ons. Ls6 intake mani and tb, short tube headers, magnaflow exhaust, short shifter, a few other things under the hood and a LONG list of audio mods. This forum has contributed greatly to my customization work on my daily driver, maybe I can contribute to others. 403.9 rwhp and 146.6 DB on the dash

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Here's a little background on my Corvette history. The first car I ever rode in was a 1969 stingray, mom and dad brought me home from the hospital in it as a new born. At the age of 12 I began collecting Corvette Fever and Vette magazines. By the time I was 15 I had a stack almost as tall as me. I never put my first Corvette on the road, it was a 1977 with frame issues. Next when I turned 17 I traded around for an 84 and it served me well for many years. When I got married I figured it was time for an upgrade and financed a beautiful green 92'. It was a new world for me but she took it in the divorce. Three and a half years later I bought my 99 outright and have never been happier! I spank my brothers 93 every chance I get!

I picked my c5 over a c6. It is my absolute favorite car on the road. First year of the new cylinder heads, and last year before onstar! Competitive driving mode is on any time I play.
