Newbie in MD with a 75 Stingray with a 383 SB.
Hi all,
My stepfather recently passed, and my mother just gave me his 75 Stingray that he was building. It has a Gardner Competition Engines 383 SB, 462 HP and 459 ft# TQ. He won that engine at the All GM Nationals in Carlisle, PA a few years ago. He also has a 79 L-82 that I'm gonna part out.
I almost forgot, he had a 67 Vette that my mother wants to sell. Car is in pieces but pretty much complete.
The 75 runs and will drive, but the interior is still in boxes. He did paint it, but it is an awful color, looks like if you mixed purple and maroon.
So 1st thing I gotta do is have it painted. I'm thinking a dark grey. The interior will be black with red door panels and red carpet. It has a few body mods. I can post pictures if anyone is interested.
Hope to have her done by next May! Hopefully with you help, I'll get it done!

At least you will have great memories with the Corvette from your stepdad. Welcome to the forum from Indy!
