Welcome to the CF
That's not a bad asking price to start from. Also, it's the Anniversary "Edition" which was a 5K option. Usually what you find is dealers and owners will claim their 03 to be Editions, even when they are just the 50th Anniversary per badging. All 03's have 50th badging.
Don't fill them in on the difference, they might up the price on you. The interior color is referred to as Shale. Exterior is Anniversary Red. Xirallic crystal paint from a factory in Japan.
This may be a useful link...

Not a salvage and no accidents reported, that car appears to be a great deal. Welcome to the CF!

Thank you all the comments. I had read the sticky. It had alot good things to watch out for or be aware of. I went to see it and there was something broken next to the ignition and the airbag cover seemed to be off. they guy mentioned it was bought at auction and he had very little info on the car. Il be caution before attempting to buy

You could start a thread either at C5 Discussion or C5 Tech. Since this is more of a general topic I would maybe do it at C5 Discussion, should you decide you want more opinions. I think the basic response will be take it to a shop that specializes in vettes and have them go over the car if you like it. I'm sure Vegas has a shop or two for that. Or you can ask for recommendations for a shop in the Regional Forum.
Do try to get a current Carfax and/or Autocheck on a seperate thread. Bad stuff may not show up if it happened recently, like a recent accident. Go through the glove box and see if by chance there a registration card left behind and contact the owner. Check the date code on tires also.
Do take the VIN and get a VIS check on it at any Chev dealer service dept. It will give you the warranty history at least. If a problem pops it's OK. As long as it got fixed.

Just from the pics it looks to be a nice '03. You would be wise to let a shop that knows Vettes to give it a look over to ensure everything works - and be sure they pull the codes for you from the DIC.
