    i ordered an exhaust with an x pipe in december and 8 months later i havent received anything and still come up with the excuse "next week" since februrary.

    I just filed a dispute..they can fight whatever they like but I already have an email from these guys saying they wanted to fill my order with a different product?! Dispute filed!!!!!! All I want is halfway decent service...a ballpark delivery date...something...your crap return policy is because your a crap company. Give me my product or my money back!

    Maryland Speed is an absolute nightmare to deal with, I placed an order for HP Tuners Pro on Black Friday 11/24/17 and to this day over 2 months later I still have not received my order or a refund or so much as an explanation to what the problem is. They have now stopped responding to my emails and anytime I call whoever answers the phone says they will look into it and call me back, to which no surprise they never do. Stay far away from this place. I wish I would have checked this visitor message page before I spent $600 with these clowns. I too am dealing with the infamous Branden F.

    I was told on Jan 2, from "Brandon F" that I would see tracking by the end of the week or early next week. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. 2 follow ups later, (Jan 15, Jan 23) sill not even a response or expectation set.

    I ordered an exhaust on 12/13, and since have inquired 3 times about when to expect it. Every time I get a decently quick response that simply says "ill look into it when im in the office (tomorrow, next week, later today) and no follow up. I expected it to take a little while, but no communication at all, in 2 months, with me inquiring seems like poor customer service when I bought a $1600+ exhaust. My order number is 103487 and I would appreciate a response, now on my 4th attempt. Thank you!!
