Dealers in the Midwest will really negotiate on these things . Conti Corvette in wisconsin has a new 2009 1lz with chrome wheels they are advertising for 60k. my 09 1lz was in a small town 50 miles north of st. louis. He did not want to get stuck with the car in the dead of winter.
