    Hey Dadaroo,

I was researching ball joints on my vette and came across this post of yours.

If it were me, I would just replace the bushings. The polyurethane should not be too hard to make the ride much harder. The handling should be improved.

Never seen a ball joint that could not be pressed out or removed (older Mopars were not pressed in). Not at home to look in my FSM.

Here is a link to review. Hopefully, if properly done you will not damage the aluminum.

If you need me to send you all the info from the FSM in PDF form I can do it. Just PM me your year and email.

You could end up doing it yourself for little money.

If you still have it, can you send the PDF to cbellson@gmail.com?

Trying to get all my ducks in a row before I embark on a suspension rehab.

Thanks so much for your time!

    Chris

I appreciate your attention and your efforts Dadaroo. I apologize that I have been absent for so long. I work ridiculous hours and the heat index here has been 110+ so I have really not had a lot of time to work on the car. I am going to make time some day this week I hope and will be calling you then. Just wanted to say thanks and let you know I have not abandoned the project. thanks again.
