Well you must be driving the wheels off of it! American cars are built by checking all check boxes, big engine, aluminum frame, widest wheels, and so on. Quality of each is then great for the price but not the best in class. The better Euro cars do not check all the boxes, but the two or three boxes it checks are some of the best in class. So with the Corvette you will have to upgrade the engine and power steering cooling but after that it will be up there with the best. You have to be open to modifications but after that you'll really enjoy it!

Michael, it was pretty much instant. I sent the check the Tuesday of the first consensus week. It got there 24 hours before the first consensus opened. The dealer called me Friday to tell me it would go to 2000 first consensus. I just had to confirm the options chosen. I confirmed and it went 2000 when the first consensus closed and 3000 in the blink of an eye afterwards. I couldn't tell you how many days between 2000 and 3000 because by the time I checked it was already 3000.
Hey I saw on another z06 thread that you jumped ahead pretty quick with your m7 order. Mind me asking how long it took to get to 3000 status? I too have ordered m7 and don't think I've been this anxious in years.
