    Then there are always others, who feel, "How dare that you challenge what was stated on a forum", these individuals are the ones who hurt this hobby and stagnate its growth. If left up to those individuals, unfortunately, this great hobby would go no where man.

    Keith,
    I am not looking to lie to anyone and i'm not sure where you get your assumptions from. I merely want to make sure before advising someone, that "yes", your window sticker may say 427 400HP even if the air cleaner decal states 427 390. I ask a lot of questions and spend multitudes of hours researching through GM manuals, engineering documents and books written by the likes of Noland Adams, Alvin Colvin and various other respected authors. One thing I do and will not begin doing is take anyone's word as gospel until I have exhausted all the means of research on my own. More often than not I have found errors, not by intent but at times new documents arise, disproving what we thought was a fact for years. Most of the more genuine providers of fact appreciate bringing new facts, documents and proof that helps provide more accurate information to this great hobby, like Dale from
    Chevellestuff and various others. con't.

    Keith;

    The wife and I were also at Carlisle with the 63-67 Registry. You took some nice pictures. The one that intriqued me was inside the tent while Bill Miller and his son were talking. I am the grey bearded guy next to Bill with sunglasses up on top of my head. Would you please email me a copy of the picture for our scrapbook? Would reallty appreciate it.

    To continue, did you take any pictures of the 5 Vettes shown off in an arc next to the tent. We were the ones with the Milano Maroon '66 Vert with the American flags on the front bow and one on the antenna. If you have any of these pics, we would really appreciate them also..

    Great show and will see you (hopefully) next year.

    It was great to meet you today at Carlisle! I have known your Dad for 25 years, and never knew he was a Corvette owner. That is one of the great things about Carlisle. I hope to see that Chevelle one day!
