As some of you know, our club president Mike Gorham has been hospitalized for several months. Mike and the doctors have struggled to identify and treat the malady which has so debilitated our friend. He has undergone numerous tests and procedures with only small improvements. There is the possibility that he will be permanently connected to a vent to help him breathe.
We are putting lots of energy and prayers toward recovery of his health.
To assist his family in offsetting some of these costs, the club is staging the Autocross for Gorham.
Autocross for Gorham.
Pre-registration is now open for the November 1st event.
This special event will be held at Castle View High School in Castle Rock.
Directions to Castle View High School:
From I-25, take Exit 184, go West on Meadows Parkway to Meadows Blvd. Go North on Meadows Blvd to N. Meadows Drive. Follow Meadows Dr. to the gate at the end and enter the parking lot behind the school.

Note that there is more asphalt now than shown in the satellite image.
ALL proceeds will go to Mike and his family.
We look forward to seeing lots of folks come out for this extremely worthy cause.
Pre-registration saves time in the morning, but walk ups are very welcome.
We will have a get well card at the event for everyone to sign.
Gate open: 7:30am
Registration/Check in: 8:30-9:30am MST
Drivers meeting: About 10am
First car off as soon as possible after the driver's meeting
ALL cars must pass safety inspection, have seat belts and mufflers.
NO loud exhaust! If your car is too loud for SCCA events, then it's too loud for ours. Helmets, Snell 90, DOT 90 or newer, REQUIRED. Some loaners available. Valid drivers license is required
Entry fee is $40 for everyone.
All drivers must work.
