Default Colorado Emission Testing Question

Ok well here is the deal. I have had the Vette for a year and when I bought it I was living in Aurora. I have now relocated to Fountain(south of C. Springs) and just got a letter saying I am due for registration and emissions.

Long story short there is no way I am going to pass (supercharged, long tubes,no cats, exhuast). Im pretty sure that emission testing only applies to Denver,Boulder and north front range. Just looking to see if somebody here can help me out, and knows for sure if I have to get tested or not.

If it comes down to it I will probably just register it in Texas bc I still have a home there.

Thanks for the help.

You do not have to get it tested. they did away with emissions testing here a few years ago.

Just Reg in Fountain and you should not need to go to the sniffer...

Hows that 619 RWHP monster of yours ? ;-)
Should come by sometime and we can check everything over if you like.

I find myself watching your video from time to time :-)

Thanks for the help. Yeah things are going great with it, but think I going to switch it up a bit and go e85. Need to talk to you about what all is needed for the switch.
