That Fast intake would squeeze out another 15 or so hp.

Yes it was at dyno pro, was a fun day. We made 4 runs in my car and made 500whp/490tq.

You wouldn't leave without topping 500, right? lol

Nice #'s......

The FAST intake would probably get me another 15-25 but would cost $1500. I'm inclined to save that towards a supercharger do next autumn/winter project instead. Should get me close to 700 whp (perhaps more).

I wanted 500whp for sure and we hit it and I didn't want to push it any more lol.

I also skipped the FAST intake cause I can't bring myself to spend that much on plastic when I can put a blower on mine with E-85 and turn it up safely over 800whp with my engine being built.

Hell I still run a stock air filter lol

Your car looked clean for sure.

I wanted 400 rwhp and a new valvetrain for dependability and that's exactly what I got. Torque is a little low at 370 but since we went with PRC stage 2.5 6.0L heads. Basically LS6 heads with larger combustion chambers (lower compression). I figure that'll benefit me once a supercharger is installed.

Thinking the mid level T-trim head unit & kit from A&A .... but gotta save up ... the wife would kill me so gotta wait a while

Alright guys, winter modding online searches are KILLING ME!
Once again, I decided I want to stay n/a. Supercharger is just too much money for too much power for me at this point. I found a good deal on a FAST 90 intake with ported LS2 throttle body and harness here on the forum for sales. I am thinking of having it ported by Mamo since I won't plan on installing until spring. hoping this nets me a few ponies and SOTP gains. I'm really happy with how it's running now and feel like this would be the icing on the cake as far as my head/cam/intake build goes.
I was able to take the vette out a few times this past week and it just puts a huge smile on my face and make me feel like a kid rolling thru the gears ..... and the sound at idle (anywhere for that matter) is like the gates of heaven opening!

No worries 94ltz, you're all good!

Any day now I should be getting a used FAST 90 and a V-max ported LS2 throttle body and harness! I'll get the intake ported if it isn't already, and then I'm calling Trent to have him install and tune it for me! Considering its winter and we haven't had a warm spell yet, my Vette has been parked for a few weeks..... I miss it!

Nice, my car is at my brothers in storage.

I just got a new project I'll be starting a thread on soon, 5.3 swap into a 68 Corvette 4 speed.

Sounds like a nice project. Is there a kit for the swap or do you have to fab everything up?

Some parts can be purchased, other stuff will take some fab but I'm confident it will be nice when complete.

I'll start a thread soon.
