If you were planning to attend next year's Bloomington Gold event, you'll want to hold off on booking those hotel reservations.

Organizers say that with all the construction going on at the State Farm Center in Champaign, IL, they'll be looking for a new location next year. Apparently, a lot of the vendors who participated at this year’s show were upset about all the renovations being done at the facility during the event.

I red this a few days back... planning already road trip for this show - going to try and get some local members to attend...

Dont want to be negative because I know it takes alot of work to make these shows happen but after paying the $20 or whatever to get in I was kinda disappointed! Finding the show and then finding a parking spot proved difficult in itself. I seen multiple empty parking lots completely empty and driving past these to go park your car is not logical. The show seemed very unorganized and scattered to say the least! In my opinion I wish the cars were seperated by years and not clumped up on a large field! I personally had fun but thats not hard to do, I love cars and appreciate everyone that brings theirs to the shows. I will be back for the next one wherever.
