"Vettes in the Village" Oct. 7th - Mystic, CT
Two New England Corvette clubs, For Corvettes Only and Corvette Club of RI, are proudly co-hosting "Vettes in the Village" Corvette gathering. This is being held on Sunday, October 7th from 11:00am to 4:00pm (rain date 10/21) in Olde Mistick Village, CT. Donation $10 per car.
Partial proceeds to benefit the National Corvette Museum and other local charities.

Are we still going to meet at Georgiana's at the Bolton line on Sunday?
Dave and I have discussed 8:30 to 9:00 AM. What is convenient? Chuck: are you still going to meet us by Salem? Who is going?

40% chance is not good - I don't care because I'll take the hardtop and the rain will keep the bugs off my yellow vette! Is this gathering rain or shine?

I guess it depends on the weather forecast. Do not know when the final decision will be made. Should take about an hour to get to the Salem 4 corner from Georgiana's, correct? Should we meet Chuck before 10:30, perhaps 10:00? We should finalized both times, meeting at Georgiana's and Salem. If it is postponed we will be all set for the backup date.

If we leave Bolton around 9:00 we will be in Salem about 9:45. Mystic is only about 15 min from Salem so figuring in the stop at Salem we should arrive at Mistic Village a little after 10:00.
Last year we got there around 11:00 (the advertised start time) and the place was already nearly full.

Can we then agreed to meet at Georgiana's at 8:45 leaving at 9:00. Meet at Salem at 9:45 and leaving at 10:00. We should then be at Mystic before 10:30. Do we have a plan?

If there's going to be a cancellation, I'll know about it sometime on Saturday...probably later in the day, and I'll post the information. However, at this time, the forecast for Mystic is 30% chance of isolated t-storms.
