Default Boston area meets

Just wondering if any of you guys drive your Vettes in winter time.

I'm hosting a fairly big meet-cruise from Woburn to Maine this Sunday. Thought I would let you know about it:

About 30 cars confirmed now. Variety of them from C6, R8, Exige, 996t to M3, S4 and G37s or Evo/STi.

This is not by any chance a descendant of Yuppie Racing ("where penny loafers meet 110 octane")?

Some time ago there was a Boston based site by the name of Yuppie Racing, with that slogan. Not limited to Vettes. I saw your reference to yuppies and just wondered is all.

Yuppieracing.net. Is that what you meant? There are many Vettes. Is there anything wrong with it?

No nothing at all! Just thought it was the same outfit when you posted your cruise.

Oh well, come over to the meet this Sunday. I didn't expect such a turn out in the winter time but we are expecting around 30-35 cars to show. In plans a lot of pictures and video recording the cruise.

I'd love to... but my vette's in the garage until the salt is gone.

Can I bring my '92 Toyota Corolla?

That was my response as well...you see, there's this really big snowbank in front on that garage door, not to mention a steep and unsalted driveway.

Sissies There'll be a lot of cars (r8, porsches, ferrari etc) that should never have seen salt or snow. But the weather looks like 40F with sun all weekend so we don't care. Going to wash our cars once we get back home.
