Default Anyboy going to the OC NJ Boardwalk show tomorrow?

Anybody going to the OC NJ Boardwalk show tomorrow (Sun 9/25)? I am pretty sure this is a rain or shine event. I am sure attendance will be down somewhat due to weather but if people are still attending I will go to support the cause.

Yep. It is a rain or shine, no rain date. Wife will hit boardwalk stores then a night in AC and she can gamble and hit the outlet's Monday.
Looks like the forecast calls for a messy, rainy day on the boards but on the bright side, don't have to do a lot of detailing or shining Besides, like ya said, gotta support the cause, those guys run a nice show.

I will be there with about a dozen other club members. I hope if it rains is not too hard.

I went last year after the boardwalk show in the Wildwoods, the rain last year didn't seem to dampen anyone's day. A lot of different Vettes, just about everything done to them you could imagine. My wife liked the lifted 4X4 Vette, I guess she could see herself driving alongside my Bronco when we where off road. Her attitude is, if your going to do it, do it in style

Frank
My Club has about a dozen or so Vettes heading down for the show, so hopefully it will be a nice day at the shore.

We're preregistered and fueled up, etc. and will make the decision in the morning.

Forecast looks a little better, heavy rain may be out to sea with just some random showers at the beach. The car won't melt, so I'm still heading out. Besides, I worry more about the freaking seagulls crapping on the car than some rain.

Great day with great people, and great cars, with great weather! Congrats Ryan to the Wife AND the Daughter on their gold today. Nary a drop of precip fell on us and the cars are tucked away in the temple 'til next time.

Great to see so many friends today.

Congrats Beth and Taylor

I had to stop off at my parent's house at 50th St. in Ocean City on the way home, so I was cruising the back roads home with the top still off.

Needless to say I hit a monsoon in Vineland on Rt 55. I got absolutely soaked in the minute that it took to pull over and put the top on.

Well at least to cold rain cooled my sunburned bald head.

Don't you mean those GALS run a nice show? LOL . . . In all seriousness, we two gals are the show co-chairpersons, but we had LOTS of help from other club members, both guys and gals. Glad it turned out to be a nice day in OC.

My apologies for using such a generic term....YOU and your club as a group ran a heck of a show once again. Maybe you two gals should be running the country. Or at least the National Weather Service since they missed on their forecast for Sunday by a mile and scared away participants.
