C6 owners in Ct or Mass
Hey everyone, I'm planning on retiring from the military in a few years and want to get a C6 ZO6 or GS so it's paid off by then. I was hoping to link up with a member on here with one that would let me look at it and maybe take me for a ride before spending $40k on one. I'd hate to buy one sight unseen and not like it so any help would be appreciated. I live in Danbury Ct right now and would travel to get my eyes on one.
Thanks
Aaron

Can't help you myself, but you can hit some local dealers for a test drive. There's a Z06 at Terryville Chevrolet, and a Grand Sport at Kia of Milford according to Autotrader.

Go to any Chevy dealer and test drive the c6 z06 ...
Awesome ride. I don't have a z06 or a grand sport but I can tell you without question the c6 z06 is without a doubt an A ticket ride.
6 years and 78k miles on my c6 m6 z51 ls3 coupe has been trouble free and always fun.
No question the corvette grand sport or z06 would be a smart move for your retirement gift to yourself.
I think 200,000 miles trouble free are easy and if you ever need service head up to Middletown conn to Jackson Chevrolet. That's where I travel to for service on my car.

Well over 100,000 miles on my 2007 base car.
The Z06's are great cars, if spending over 40, I'd only go for the ones with the GMPP EXTENDED WARRANTY.
Once these cars cross 20k miles, the price drops quickly.
First thing to do is replace the exhaust valves.
