Downtown Milford Cars & Coffee
All, I'm in the process of organizing a regular event in Downtown Milford, CT similar to other successful cars & coffee events in the region. The explosive popularity of Caffeine & Carburetors in New Canaan was the chief inspiration, and even a sliver of that success would be fantastic.
I have interest from the city and local businesses, and this will be great for the downtown area. For those that have not been to Downtown Milford, it is one of the more beautiful downtowns in Connecticut featuring one of the oldest greens in New England, a harbor, duck ponds, and lots of great shops and restaurants. It's also very accessible, from Route 8, 15, I-95, and I-91.
Here are the details (location subject to change for first gathering):
Cars: All years, makes, and models are welcome. Parking spots are first come, first serve. Feel free to post this on other car forums in the area.
Location: 58 River Street, take the side entrance on Darina Place if you're lowered.
Time: 8:30AM on select Sundays (check Facebook for dates)

Oct 5th is the big "Vettes in the Village" show in Mystic.
May be difficult to get a lot of Vette participation that day....
