From Bergen County - Currently have a C7 Z06/Z07, and a couple other cars.
Some others have mentioned Sussex, and that is my favorite area to drive. Great roads up there.
For anyone from the area interested, we are doing an event in a couple weeks for a fallen Marine from Westwood NJ. I already posted a thread about it here -

Up in Sussex and warren county there are some nice twisty roads. My father and I cruise on 46 by the pea-quest fish hatchery with his 1972 big block 4 speed Camaro. You can get to some pretty quick speeds with some nice turns to really test your car out. Bilstien shocks, sub-frame connectors and some thick sway bars do wonders on this big fat heavy pig!! lol
