Zing - Looks like that weekend is clear for me so if you go it's a double banana Sunday.

1. It was unorganized. People really did not have a handle on where to park or where things/tents were....there were kids doing most of it and they didn't seem very interested.

2. It was very spread out and tents to register were hard to find and you had to walk ' amile' to get there.

3. There was a guy playing his trunk speakers so loud I had to call the security people to get him to lower it. He lowered it until they got out of range and he turned it up again; I then got a state trooper to visit him. It was very annoying to me ; ( and I just got hearing aids from the VA )

4. There were probably other things but I can't recall them at this time.

This is just one mans opinion and maybe everyone else enjoyed it....but I did not.

It's not the greatest show, due to the mis-organization and at times annoying music. I like to just shoot the sh*t with one another and check out the tons of cars that it brings. anddddddddddddddddddddddddddd........... ..... breakfast beforehand is awesome, below is a pic of the group leaving Manchester

Who doesn't love a Double Banana Sundae (pic taken on our way home)?

I agree with the majority that it was not the greatest show. If I go again it will be because of the ride down with Zing and the breakfast and ride to the show, and its close!

I went last year and I doubt I'll ever go again. I just didn't have a good time and all idiots blasting music and revving their cars off the rev limiter made it stupid. I was there like an hour or so and went to cabellas.

Hmmm, could be interesting...as long as my daughters b'day party isn't that day. It'll be the kick in the butt I'll need to knock out some projects once my garage gets above friggin cold...

Just open the garage door a bit, start the motor and let it run for a while. You should be able to heat the garage up in no time. That thing would probably melt all the snow on the roof too.

Default take it or leave it

I went once as a spectator when it was at W Lot on the college campus in Storrs.
It's definitely a generational gap thing for sure, but it's a real easy way to see a lot of different rides, everything for custom 4X4's to GT-40's.

They mean well, but with youth comes inexperience

I think Zing has the right attitude with how to make this event fun for yourself, and not depend on the event to entertain you for the day.

-ALF out...

XEURUTRASHOWNER is not permitted to have unsupervised car show visits so I'll have to go to keep him out of trouble.
