Default I can smell it. Can you?

Spring!
It's coming. I can smell it in the air. The worst is almost over. The bitter cold and record snowfalls will be a distant bad memory. Then after the rain, the street flooding, the pot-holes; we'll be cleaning the Vette's, removing the battery tenders and checking the tire pressures. Step 1 will be put on the lawns. Birds will be chirping and all will be good again. Nino will open the season with our annual Dyno-day run.
Heads up everyone. Our season is coming soon. The Posse rides.

I can't wait! I bought my car a little over 3 weeks ago, drove it roughly 4 miles home, did the Adams 2 bucket rinseless wash process with warm water (car was pretty much spotless from the dealer), and I have been looking at it in my garage with 2,564 miles on it since then.... It's killing me, I just want to drive it!

If it does come any day, expect massive snowmelt flooding.

Calling for mid 50's by the middle of next week, I currently have a pile of snow up to the speed limit sign in front of my house, hopefully the flooding washes the salt away!

Looks like Friday could be the final sub-freezing day here in North Jersey. The light at the end of the tunnel is nearing.

The snow on each side of my drive way is piled up about 5 feet high.

I won't be waiting for all of that to melt. Hopefully will be driving in early to mid April

I can smell it , but I have a big nose.

It will be interesting to know the date when you can see no snow, anywhere.

I'm thinking July 17th. No kidding, couple years ago there was still remnants in July of a parking lot snow mountain behind Kohls in Canton.

For you Lord of the Rings fans...the world has changed...I can smell it in the water...I can feel it in the air
Even if we get the snow gone the roads are like tank testing grounds

I smell it big time. I went in the garage yesterday, uncovered the car and started her up. Its warming up this week in to the high 40's. I'm hope hatching out of the egg in a week or so...

Ahhh its a sandbox over here. The town next to me uses sand mostly (unfortunately I need to go through the town to get to work too). A good rain would be a step in the right direction (other than the flooding I'll have to deal with).
