Anyone recommend a tire shop they trust in North Jersey? Need to do a swap so it would just be a mount/balance.

Not sure where you're at in Northern NJ, but Giovanni @ Hawthorne Chevrolet is the only mechanic I let touch my vette, wheels/tires or otherwise. IMO, other shops/mechanics will treat your ride like any other civic/stationwagon and pump it out not caring about quality. He has always treated my car like it was his own and is meticulous with his work.

Thanks robd. I'm in Ridgewood so Hawthorne Chevy is pretty close. hope they don't have a heart attack when bringing in this cammed monster into their service area

Did you use Tire & Wheel Performance Center? Would you recommend them?

Absolutely. Scott was great and even had one of his guys check my tires. They found a nail and patched it right away. My stingray is lowered an inch in stock bolts and there was no issues getting it on the lift.

Call ahead as they get busy. Highly recommended.

Great! Just spoke with Scott and they're mounting some tires on the new C7 Z06 wheels I just picked up as soon as the new TPMS sensors come in.
