Don't have any specifics for Mass, but around here some of the self-storage facilities will allow cars to be stored, and you can generally lock with your own padlock.

You could take the battery home. It won't take up much room. Or just put an adapter in the overhead light socket. Once you lock the door, they'll never know.
If you get stuck and don't mind having the car in New Hartford, CT, the place I use should have space. You can have a battery tender. The cost is about $100 per month. It is a large room with a lot of stored cars. I've stored mine there for several years and no problems.
