I'm actually off for a long weekend, I'd be interested in this! Browsed your FB page, it'd be great to have weekend runs like this a few times per year.

date has changed now May 14 Please arrive at hotel Friday evening May 13 the ride begins May 14th in Gettysburg with 8:00am Drivers meeting.
Saturday evening Hotel is in Bristol VA
Sunday May 15th Dragons Back and conclusion of ride
2 day exotic/sports car rally
Attending cars are limited to RWD/AWD sports cars, Sport Sedans will also be allowed with approval
This is a rally for the drivers, garage queens and mileage counters need not apply. Day 1. 450 miles with a mix of highway and byway roads ( fair amount of scenic mountain roads ) ending near Bristol VA
Day 2. a 30+ mile road that rivals the dragon but less traveled. This will be a weekend warriors ride with about 900 miles round trip 535 miles one way. Rally ends on Sunday morning after the mountain "dragon's back" run. A full route map will be provided via app and email prior to event ( near start time to avoid unwanted attendees )
Cost $50 which will include vinyls if attendees elect. ( car number elections on a first come first serve basis )
Limit of 50 cars
Participant Prize raffle ( provided by participating sponsors )
Hotel info will be provided but will be up to each participant to book.
Applicants will need to send me make model year of car. Drivers will need to be properly licensed,insured and registered. This is not a race and no trophy/award will be given to fastest time ect as all local/state laws must be followed.
Waivers will need to be signed at the start time of the rally.
I am no a pro at this and this is a not for profit venture, I am looking for a group that wants to drive the cars they bought.

OK, I'm not sure I can get out that early on the 13th now but I'm going to try.
We are going to make a stop at Gettysburg Battle Field for a few hours.
Leave there around 1 pm for the Hotel. You could meet us there if that time works for you.
My wife and I are interested. We would bring our g8 gt, so would need approval for that!

slo-V6 is in, plus a C6 Z06 and another C6. If there are only a few rooms left then the event is almost filled.
Just forwarding information from Stephen's iDriveRally Facebook post today:
. Good morning all, this Thursday will be the final day for registration and all payments must be in by 12noon Friday to be included in this rally. I will be sending out emails later this week to all registered and paid participants confirming car #'s and some other details.
I am looking forward to this rally and meeting everyone who has signed up.
