I was interested in this race but it's a little more than I wanted to pay to race. Maybe I'll make the trip up to watch.

Compared to whats out there its not too bad, yes a little pricy but other places are nuts...

I went to an even last year, i posted here, a small private air strip in WallKill NY, was 150 to run but it was small. Literally about 1/5 mile probably less but more than 1/4.

This pocono event will have drag and roll racing but the track is 2.5miles so i know it will be some good length to get some high speeds, especially for the roll racing.

Is a bolt on c5 that runs high 12's to slow to be at this?

Im sure i will get spanked here and there but still going to be fun...

How much of the track can you use for the roll racing? I'm not really all that fast compared to most cars here but I'd love a chance to get up into the 160 range.

Event went on as it was scheduled.
While it rained in NY/NJ it was not raining in the Poconos.
Sure the rain scared a bunch off but plenty still showed and we had a great time.
I will upload some videos to youtube and try to post the link up here.

I did pretty good, I think.
for a car pushing approx 540 to the wheels i was staying with all the guys at 650-800hp range....
If anyone took me it was from 1/2 car to a full car at most.
Was taking my buddys 2016 Z06/Z07 all day. Took a GT500 with ease, 2 E63's a few times, Turbo Porsche, Masserati, etc..
Lost a few times, Z07, GTR, C6Z, TT Lambo, etc..
