NON Club Corvette Club April Cruise
First of all WE ARE NOT A CLUB in any official capacity! NO meetings, officers, members or dues...just a fun monthly cruise!!
Trust everyone had a wonderful Easter Holiday!!
The weather FINALLY decided to co-operate for our March gathering at Buckley's. Now we need the rest of the year to be as nice when we have something planned.
AND we have something VERY SPECIAL planned for April!!!
On Saturday, April 23, we are going down to Dover to visit Rick and Linda Berry and their collection of Corvettes (a dozen or so) and Corvette memorabilia such as you've never seen!! I know that some of you have met Rick and have seen their stable, but it is always worth another look!!
The plan right now is to meet at the Prices Corner Park and Ride at 10am and make a stop in Middletown for any of the folks down that way who don't want to drive up here, just to drive right back. (Although, why not!!??!!)
I'd like to ride down Rt 9 like we did when we went to Old Dominion Brewery last year, instead of driving Rt 1 or 13. Then we can hang out with Rick and Linda for a while and then go grab something to eat when we're finished.
As always, please let me know if you plan to attend so that I know who to wait for at both locations.
THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE!!

I am going to try and join you. After thinking about it I might as well come to Prices Corner and take the whole ride. Is the park n ride behind the shopping center on Old Capital Trail?

Yeah. It's across from the Acme at the intersection of Old Capitol Trail and Centerville Road.

It's next Saturday!!!!
IF no one from down below the Canal expresses interest in going and meeting us in Middletown, we WILL NOT STOP there...unless we need to use the facilities!!
So, we meet at 10am at the Park and Ride behind Prices Corner Shopping Center (across from the Acme) and head south. We will stop in Middletown at the Wawa on 299 ONLY IF SOMEONE WANTS TO MEET US THERE, and as yet, no one has expressed an interest. We'll take Rt 9 to Rick and Linda Berry's place to view their cars and memorabilia, and then go get something to eat.
Let's wish for good weather! Hope to see you!!!

Did you guys go through montgomery / walden NY through that area? If so, I was the red vette going the opposite way with my significant other to do some grocery shopping. hah. It was great seeing you guys, I think it was about 10 vettes in total, my windows were up I couldn't wave in time for the first few cars but the last cars saw me.

Looking for a Northern MI corvette group
Doesnt have to be a sanctioned group, can just be a casual group! ( thats even better!) But actually asking for my parents as they need something to do! Haha. Are any of the TC folks still getting together?
