I am in upstate and posted this question on the regular forum and this Northeast forum and got NOTHING for feedback. It seems their are no good paint shops in our area. Really sucks because I am going to need work done.

Any body shop in the Northeast is going to be shockingly expensive.

I've had mixed results with body shop guys doing side work a couple of times but fins they are not at all dependable.
