Not to belabor this topic. We did call the Dealer and they also thought that you could just show up! So we will go and hope for the best. I just corrected my post sorry if I confused anyone, sigh.

They will let you register when you show up in the morning or they said you can register online as well. Go to

Sorry for not giving more notice.
They have a 100 cars Corvette limit and said there at about 65 now so there is room for more. Registering insures you a spot in the show itself and eligible for trophy and all.

The Western MA club is meeting at McDonalds at the Armory St. rotary @ 8:00 A.M.
This is located off Rt. 291 in Springfield. Exit 3 across from the state police barracks.

I suggest we go to a car show, but not that one. There must be consequences.

I am very surprised at your attitude about this show!! Whether you pre-register or not is not a huge deal, especially for a first time show. "There must be consequences" ... WOW!! Come on! Lighten up!!

Make sure the organizers are aware of the problem so that it is not repeated.
It appears the folks in our group will be attending the show; they are good people. I will not be attending.

So I might go down there and find myself turned away. That would be a huge turnoff for me to come to any other events in the future. I'll give it a try but I hope it doesn't turn out to be my one and only time.
ps: They need a better way of registering for these events. It's kind of clumsy and old fashioned.

I think at one point there was maybe close to 100 cars there? I was digging those C7 Callaway cars. Those were the bees knees. I had a great time. It all went well.
